HAVE CLIENTS LOOKING FOR:
VACANT LAND FOR A SOCCER FIELD:
Two to four acres would work. Must have commercial or recreational zoning, and of course flat, is important. Children will be involved, so a decent area is important.
VACANT LAND:
Half acre would work, in Winnetka area, or close to. Developer to build a pre-school. Probably a quasi-commercial area. However must be a good area, not heavy commercial/industrial. Could be land with an old tear-down house on a main street, that can adhere to the needed zoning.
EXISTING VACANT PRE-SCHOOL:
In Thousand Oaks area, to accommodate at least 40 students. Or a suitable property that could be converted to a preschool. Must have sufficient parking and room for a playground, and of course conform to the zoning.
